how can I submit my flag/ flag idea?

you can submit either through dms or through retrospring !! remember, if you submit through dms, you have to:
1. give me the name of the flag/tell me who is it for
2. if you're submitting a flag design, write a detailed description of what you want it to look like
3. if you're submitting a flag made by someone else, tell me who it was made by so I can credit them
4. if you're submitting a flag made by yourself, make sure to tell me wether you want to be tagged in the post or not
